Practice

A consulting room that still does floor walks.

PageRoute Hub grew out of service recovery work in hospitality and retail across Taiwan. We kept the field habit and added a teaching studio so client teams could continue the work after we leave.

Mission

We exist to make Customer Experience Consulting usable on a Tuesday afternoon, not only in a kickoff slide. That means fewer frameworks on the wall and more named moments: the LINE reply that arrives after the customer has already left the store, the pharmacy counter that looks empty while six people hover at the vitamin shelf.

We will decline a brief that wants a brand film in place of a journey map. We will take a brief that looks small if the pain is real.

Pedagogy

Teaching here is apprenticeship, not lecture. Participants bring a live journey from their organisation. Each week they return with evidence: a transcript, a timestamped wait, a photo of a sign nobody reads. Faculty critique the evidence, not the personality of the presenter.

We mix English materials with Mandarin facilitation on request. The public site stays in English so international partners can brief their Taiwan teams without a translation delay.

Community

Alumni meet twice a year in Wuchi for a closed listening clinic. It is not a networking mixer. People bring one unresolved case and leave with a revised map. Attendance is capped at twenty-two so the room can still hear itself.

Student journey

A typical path: a diagnostic conversation, a programme seat or a retained listening desk, then a short field audit six months later. We do not issue certificates that imply mastery. We issue a studio letter describing what the participant actually mapped.

People who need a procurement-friendly PDF can request one from info@page-routehub.digital. It will still read like a letter.
